Wet then Warm: some thunderstorm and showers Then very warm this weekend

Boro Park - The second half of the week will see a turn to some showers and very warm weather.

Wednesday carries with it chances of passing rain after 7 p.m., according to weather enthusiast Yaker Biegeleisen. Later Wednesday night into early Thursday will have cloudy skies with rain at times and the chance of thunderstorms.

Thursday will see highs in the 70s with mostly cloudy skies. The weather will turn wet again in the late afternoon hours and the rain will be heavy at times.

 Friday we could have some more showers heavy at times and then Shabbos its sunny and it will warm up, with temperatures in the high 80s.

The sunny and hot weather will continue into the new week, we could have our first heatwave of the season.
