Ambulance With No Patients on Board Overturns on 18th Avenue

Boro Park - An ambulance speeding on 18th Avenue overturned Motzei Shabbos after a minivan crashed into it.

Surveillance footage shows smoke billowing out of the medical vehicle belonging to AMR as it lay overturned on 18th Avenue and 52nd Street.

The driver of the minivan, who was making a legal entry through the intersection from 52nd Street, abandoned his car and ran to help the victims. His vehicle rolled away, coming to a stop on the curb.

Hatzolah responded and treated its occupants on the scene. No one had any serious injuries.

There were four people who required treatment.
