Drunk Driver Crashes Into Vehicle, Throws Tools at Passersby

Boro Park - A driver was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he went on a drunken spree, crashing into a car and throwing tools at people. 

The incident unfolded on 13th Avenue and 40th Street, where an emotionally disturbed man who was also drunk crashed his vehicle into a car. He then emerged from his car punched out its windows and removed tools from inside throwing them at pedestrians. 

Shomrim members arrived and held the man down until police came and took him into custody.
