Update: Two Dead R”l After Bleacher Collapse in Stolin Karlin Shul in Givat Zev

  Erev Yom Tov in Givat Zev has turned into tragedy for the Stolin Karlin chasidus, after a bleacher collapsed at a Tish celebrating the new Heichel, where the Rebbe will conduct all the Tishen.

   The event started at 7:00pm Israeli time when a crowd of hundreds gathered in the new Heichel, to sing and dance to mark the momentous occasion.

   Just a short while later, the bleachers positioned at the back side of the room collapsed, and video footage showed dozens of people falling to the ground.

    According to initial reports from Israeli medical sources, 50 people were injured, with 10 of them in serious condition.

    People are urged to say Tehilim and have in mind those injured, while davening that they should merit complete and speedy recoveries.

According to updated reports from Israel, two people have R”l passed away following the collapse. Six others are reportedly in critical condition Hashem Yerachem.
