New Recipe: Fiber One Crusted Chicken Cutlets
Tastes like fried. Filled with fiber. Highly
recommended by children and co. Yield: 6 to 8 portions
Ingredients:
· 6 chicken
cutlets, cut each in the length
· 1 cup
mayonnaise
· ½ cup
Shauly’s Bbq sauce
· 1 tbsp
sriracha sauce
· flour, to
coat
· 3 cups fiber
one, crushed
· oil spray
Preheat oven to 450˚F.
Combine and mix the mayo,
Bbq sauce, and sriracha sauce.
Coat the chicken cutlets
into flour and then into the mayo mixture, and then with the fiber one.
Line a (preferably metal)
pan with parchment paper and then spray with oil.
Spread the chicken onto
pan and bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes
