Bucher Assaulted In Monticello

Catskills -  A nineteen year-old Bucher was assaulted Wednesday night, in Monticello, while walking outside his summer residence.

The incident occurred at around 10:00 pm near the Zlotchev Bungalow Colony on Wood Ave.

The Bucher was approached by a group of three, who demanded money, when the boy said that he doesn’t have, he was chocked and severely beaten. The three suspects managed to flee on foot.

Monticello Police were on the scene investigating the incident, and Catskills Hatzolah transported the victim to Harris hospital.
