37 Street between 13 Avenue and Church Avenue will be closed from 9 am to 4 pm Friday through 12/31/23 for material deliveries and concrete pours.

38th Street between 12th Avenue and 13th Avenue will be closed from 9 am to 4 pm Friday through 12/30/23 to facilitate crane operation.

49th Street between 13th Avenue and 14th Avenue will be closed from 10 pm to 5 am Friday through 12/31/23 to facilitate crane operation.

49th Street between 14th Avenue and 15th Avenue will be closed from 10 am to 5 pm Friday through 12/8/23 to facilitate crane operation.

50 Street Bridge over LIRR between 18 Avenue and 19 Avenue will be narrowed to single-lane and approximately 18 parking spaces will be temporarily eliminated Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm through December 8, 2023, to facilitate sidewalk replacement. One sidewalk will be open at all times.

62nd Street between 13 Avenue and 14 Avenue will be close from 9 am to 4 pm Friday through 2/22/24 for use of knuckle boom and concrete pump to work on new building.

Elmwood Avenue between East 3rd Street and East 4th Street will be closed from 9 am to 4 pm Friday through 2/16/24 to facilitate crane operation.

Church Avenue between 37 Street and Old New Utrecht Road will be closed from 9 am to 4 pm Friday through 12/31/23 for material deliveries and concrete pours.
