Alexander Rapaport, Masbia’s executive director, made an announcement about a portal on the pantry’s website detailing how to send relief supplies directly to Puerto Rico, which is suffering the aftereffects of several earthquakes.
Attending was Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein of Boro Park, Councilman Kalman Yeger, Rockland County Legislator Aron Wieder, NYPD Deputy Chief Inspector Charles Scholl and Avi Greenstein, the CEO of the Boro Park Jewish Community Council.
