The heads of the police precincts in the Boro Park area gathered at Hatzolah’s headquarters on Wednesday for a community meeting.
The gathering was an opportunity for the police to learn about Hatzolah’s activities and to ensure that there’s coordination and communication between the community EMS service and law enforcement in the area.
“Thank you to Hatzolah, one of our many community partners that make Brooklyn South a safer place to live, for hosting our most recent community meeting,” the Twitter account for NYPD Brooklyn South wrote following the gathering. “As we continue to work together to make our communities stronger and safer we appreciate your service to the community.”
The Twitter account for the NYPD 72nd Precinct concurred: “Great meeting with Hatzolah today as we discussed the importance of working together to make sure of the safety of residents in the many great communities in Brooklyn.”
