Yom Tefilah Scheduled for Tuesday 11:30AM, Schools, Communities to Join by Phone

Amid an unprecedented closure of yeshivas and limiting shul attendance, a group of rabbanim in Boro Park held an emergency meeting Motzei Shabbos and decided to hold a mass Yom-tefilla on Tuesday in a show of unity.

The Yom tefilla, scheduled for Tuesday 11:30am, will take place virtually, where all Yeshivas, schools and communities will gather in prayer.

Organizers have reached out to say the Yom Tefilla is not a protest, and local leaders have gone to extreme lengths making sure it is not perceived as one.
