The Business Shrift this week hosts Yossi Shor, the eighth-generation owner and CEO of Yekev 1848, who continues his family’s longstanding winemaking tradition. The original winery was founded in 1848 by Yitzhak Galina-Shor in a cellar adjacent to the Kosel.
