Viznitzer Rebbe Presides Over Even Hapinah for Girls School

It was a moment of heightened emotion the Viznitzer Rebbe of Boro Park came to the site of the future high school building of the chassidus’ girls’ school, located at 927 41st Street.

This was no mere visit. As the massive two-story foundation for the building has been completed, it was time to lay the cornerstone for the edifice.

Along with a select group of chassidim and the leadership of the girls school, the Rebbe said tefillos for the future of the thousands of talmidos which will be shaped within the walls of this building, and he activated the concrete which then made its way down the two stories to the bottom of the foundation.

The work on the building is proceeding at a rapid pace, and the hope is for the talmidos to begin utilizing the space within about a year.
