Two Men Stabbed at 10th Avenue and 45th Street Friday, Erev Yom Tov
By Yehudit Garmaise
On Friday, with less than 30 minutes to the zman, while Boro Park residents were making their final preparations for Yom Tov, a wild scene erupted at 10th Avenue and 45th Street, very close to the Satmar shul, when a gang of several non-Jewish men started to fight.
Two male perpetrators soon stabbed two non-Jewish male victims, who suffered severe injuries.
Luckily, Shomrim volunteers spotted the perpetrators on Ft. Hamilton Parkway and 50th Street, where they held down the violent suspects, until they were arrested by NYPD officers, who quickly arrived.
Emergency Medical Services arrived quickly to come to the aid of the victims and transport them for treatments.
