TOMORROW: Boro Park to Celebrate Three Hachnasas Sifrei Torah

Boro Park will be filled with celebration tomorrow afternoon as three Hachnasas Sifrei Torah processions take place, each marking a significant addition to local kehillos.

One Sefer Torah, generously donated by the Lebovits family, will be brought to the newly constructed Viznitz Yeshiva building. The procession will begin at 5602 11th Avenue in Seville Manor and make its way to the new Binyan Lebovits, located at 1143 60th Street. Later in the evening, a seudah will take place at Ateres Golda.

Another Sefer Torah, donated by the Zenwirth family, will be escorted to the Rachmastrivka Beis Medrash. The procession will depart from 1421 60th Street and proceed to the Rachmastrivka shul.

The third Hachnasas Sefer Torah, called for 5pm,  will bring a new Torah donated by family Hayem, from 2159-52th st  to the Meor Hatefillah Beis Medrash.

Drivers should anticipate road closures and heavy traffic in the surrounding areas throughout the afternoon.
