Tolls Increase by $1 This Weekend for Port Authority Crossings Between New York and New Jersey

Higher tolls have gone into effect as of today at Port Authority crossings between New York and New Jersey, including the George Washington Bridge, the Lincoln and Holland tunnels, the Outerbridge Crossing, and the Goethals and Bayonne bridges.

As of today, peak and off-peak E-ZPass tolls and tolls delivered by mail have risen by $1.

Tolls are collected entering New York. No tolls are collected entering New Jersey. Port Authority crossings no longer accept cash toll payments.

Peak hours are from 6 - 10 a.m., 4 - 8 p.m. on weekdays, and 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. on weekends. Off-peak hours are all other hours.

Overnight truck hours are from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following morning from Sunday-Thursday.
