The NY Sanitation Department Is Talking Trash

In the last ten weeks alone, the NY Sanitation Department has taken the much-lauded step of installing 122 cameras across New York City to catch illegal dumpers in the act. 

"The cameras are doing their job every day," the NYS Sanitation Department states on Twitter, "in every borough - impounds are up 282% year-to-date. And those $4,000 summonses? Up 318%. Don't dump on our City!"
