The Eruv Purim Traffic Jam has just gotten worse

The yearly eruv Purim traffic jam has just gotten worse as multiple streets have been blocked off due to construction. 

The construction workers are busy digging spaces for new trees to be planted during one of the busiest season in the year putting extra pressure to the already stressed traffic situation.

What may be an important task would be a lot more appreciated at a more opportune time of the year.
