Suspect Removed Slats from Fencing Around Homeowners Garden

A suspect is being sought for removing slats that were used as fencing around bushes outside 1636 43rd street.

The suspect removed the slats on January 5th around 10:00 am. The total theft was estimated to be between $1,000-$3,000.
