Suspect Charged with Manslaughter for Homeless Death Beating

A 42-year-old suspect was charged with assault and manslaughter for the beating of a homeless man in September on 61st Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway. 

The suspect, identified as Seberiano Zuniga, also homeless, reportedly shoved the other homeless man into a wall resulting in his death.

Police arrived at the scene after the brawl and found the victim unresponsive, when EMS arrived he was pronounced dead. Police arrested Seberiano as a suspect, and he’s now been charged with manslaughter and assault.
