Storm Induced Chaos Continues

The Entire New York City is in complete chaos as Tropical Storm Isaiah passes through with raging rain and winds. 

The Verrazano Bridge has been closed off to traffic in both directions, on both levels, after a truck turned over. 

Many areas are experiencing major blackouts as trees hit electrical wires. 

Cars have been crushed and traffic is cut off in many neighborhoods. 

Amongst all the upheval, 911 calls are down and they are unable to reciprocate many calls.
