Small Fire Overnight at Burshtin Shul

In the wee hours of Wednesday night, a small fire broke out Khal Beis Yaakov-Burshtin.
A passerby smelled the smoke and alerted BoroPark24‘s Hershey Rubinstein, who located the source of the fire, at the Shul in a commercial dryer, used to dry the mikvah towels.
The fire was easily extinguished, but the smoke and the debris weren’t that easy.
This is when Boro Park shomrim jumped into action—bringing a crew of members who spent the overnight hours cleaning and airing out the basement so that the mispalelim in the early morning hours can serve their Creator undisturbed.
