Shut Down Construction in NYC? De Blasio Will Decide by Friday

New York – Another major step in shutting down the city will be decided on Friday.

Mayor Bill de Blasio said Thursday that he will be making a decision as soon as he gets clearance by the state to end all construction projects in New York City to better control ballooning coronavirus cases.
“I think in the next 24 hours or so, I hope we’ll get an agreement between the city and the state,” de Blasio said during in his daily virtual conference answering questions from citizens.
