Shomrim Volunteer Stabbed Honored for his dedication by the BPJCC at the Annual Members Appreciation BBQ

Yiddy Rosman, a Shomrim volunteer who dedicates his life to keeping the Boro Park community safe, was honored by the BPJCC at the annual Shomrim volunteer appreciation BBQ on Tuesday night. The award came after he got stabbed in the leg Wednesday, July 29th. 

Rosman fell victim near 46th street and New Utrecht Avenue after following three suspects for an assault that occurred that evening. He was stabbed in his leg and was treated in Maimonides Medical Center for his stab wounds. 

Shomrim volunteers Caught up the three suspects and NYPD later arrested them and retrieved a knife from the scene.
