Shomrim and NYPD Bust Counterfeit Ring in Boro Park

In a successful operation, Shomrim and the NYPD have dismantled a counterfeit ring that had been targeting multiple stores in Boro Park.

The investigation began when Shomrim volunteers responded to reports of suspicious activity and counterfeit bills being circulated at local businesses.

Using surveillance footage, Shomrim volunteers tracked the suspects and worked closely with the NYPD to identify the perpetrators. The collaboration culminated in a coordinated bust, resulting in the arrest of four individuals.

During the operation, law enforcement seized a significant stash of fake cash, preventing further fraudulent transactions.
