Satmar Kehillah Closes on Former Site of Paradise Manor

The Satmar Kehillah has officially closed on the purchase of the former Paradise Manor catering hall, located at the corner of New Utrecht Avenue and 58th Street in Boro Park.

A few months ago BoroPark24 reported that the Kehila went into contract on this lot heavily damaged by a large blaze last spring, leaving the once-vibrant hall vacant.

The Satmar Kehillah plans to transform the site into a magnificent new Shul, which will serve not only the Satmar community but also the entire neighborhood. The plans include a spacious Beis Medrash, side rooms for various minyanim, a beautiful mikvah, and a designated learning room.
