Same Suspect in Home Break-ins Apprehended by Shomrim, NYPD, on Two Consecutive Days
Boro Park shomrim was at the scene of a reported break-in Sunday afternoon, at around 12 Shormim received a call about a male suspect, about 30 years old, who was seen by a young girl making his way to the back of a house.
Responding to the call, Shomrim found the suspect who had entered through a window in the basement and made his way into the second floor of house. They apprehended him, and waited for the NYPD to arrest the suspect.
Incredibly, the very same suspect was apprehended by Boro Park shomrim’s non-Jewish patrol people, 24 hours earlier, on shabbos day, in the same area.
He had evidently been released, and was right back to breaking into Boro Park homes. With his apprehension by Shomrim, and his arrest by NYPD, there is one more perp off the streets of Boro Park. For now.
