Roasted Red Pepper Salmon

Shabbos is coming! Want a change from your usual fish? This recipe is the one for you!
4 peppers
2 cubes frozen garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Parsley flakes

1: Preheat the oven to four hundred twenty-five degrees. Coat four red peppers with a bit of oil. Roast uncovered for thirty minutes. Flip halfway through
2: As soon as the peppers are done, cover the pan for a couple minutes. When the peppers are cool enough to handle, strip off the peel and discard with the seeds
3: In a medium size bowl, add the peeled peppers, garlic, soy sauce, mayonnaise, red pepper flakes, and one teaspoon salt. Blend using a hand blender.
4: Spread the salmon on to a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the fish with the rest of the salt and black pepper. Brush the salmon generously with the red pepper mixture. Bake at four hundred twenty-five degrees for twenty minutes
5: Garnish with parsley flakes and lemon slices
