Gaved Karlusburg zt”l to be Memorialized at Hachnasas Sefer Torah This Shabbos

Boro Park - The Karlsburger kehilla will honor their longtime manhig who was niftar this week with a gala hachnasas sefer Torah this Shabbos.

Rav Chatzkel Roth zt”l, Boro Park’s premier posek, was niftar suddenly as he arrived to Shacharis on Sunday morning. For the end of the shiva, the rav’s nephew, Rav Moshe Avrohom Rosner, will be donating a sefer Torah to the Karlsburger beis medrash.

Writing the final osios will take place on Thursday afternoon, at 5 o’clock, at the Rav’s private room in the shul. The kiddush will take place on Shabbos after Mussaf. Shacharis is at 9:30 a.m.
