Police Looking for Suspect in Robbery at Gunpoint

The NYPD is searching for a suspect that brandished a firearm while robbing a 39-year-old victim on Thursday early morning, police told BoroPark24.

The incident occurred around 6:15am when the victim was sitting in his vehicle in front of 1913 62nd Street when the suspect showed up to the vehicle, opened the door and showed a firearm.

The suspect demanded the victim give him his cellphone and wallet, he then threw the cellphone to the ground and fled the scene with the victim’s wallet.

Police have no suspects at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
