NYPD Seeks Public's Help in Identifying Suspect in Ocean Parkway Grand Larceny

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached media in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 66 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at approximately 15:37 hours, an unidentified individual entered a residential building in the vicinity of Ocean Parkway and Cortelyou Road. The individual went to the mail area and removed the victim's credit card from a mailing envelope before fleeing on foot to parts unknown. The individual then used the victim's credit card to make unauthorized transactions totaling approximately $1,859 at various locations. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
