NYPD Precinct 66 Officers Join Newly Opened Precinct 116

For the first time in years, a new NYPD precinct has opened to better serve the community, and some local officers from Brooklyn have joined them. 

Precinct 116, which is located in Rosedale, Queens, celebrated their ribbon cutting ceremony yestreday at their new station house. Precinct 116 officers will patrol the Springfield Gardens, Brookville, Laurelton, and Rosedale neighborhoods. 

Two officers from Boro Park’s precinct 66 have left to join 116 and serve the Queens community.
