NYPD Increases Bus Lane Patrols

The NYPD has stepped up its bus lane patrols. 

"If you are not a bus, get out of the bus lane," the NYPD warns New York drivers on X as increased NYPD transport traffic agents are cracking down on vehicles in bus lanes throughout the city. "Stay out of the bright, red (bus) lanes to avoid heavy fines or getting your car towed."

Summonses for bus lane violations incur a $115 fine.
