NYC Council Permanently Extends Outdoor Dining Program

The NYC Council has voted in favor of extending outdoor dining permanently. 

Outdoor dining over the summer was a huge success but continuing the program into the winter months involves the use of propane heaters, which have previously been prohibited in the city. 

Thursday, the council members signed a bill that will permanently extend outdoor dining and allow for the use of electric and propane heaters.
