NYC Braces for Isaias as Tornado Watch is in Effect

New York City is bracing for impact in the next few hours as Tropical storm Isaias is forecasted to make landfall on Tuesday afternoon with high winds and lots of rain.
The most significant impact will be between 12 and 4 pm, with rain expected to reach as much as 4 inches and winds expected in the range of 45 MPH.
Residents should collect all loose items from outdoors to protect them from the high winds.
The skies should start clearing at around 5-6 pm.
