New York State Reaches Over 1,000 COVID-19 Cases, First Time Since June

There are 1,005 new coronavirus cases reported in New York State; the first time since June, we’ve reached more than a thousand cases.
As of yesterday, 527 people were hospitalized due to the virus, and four people died.
Of more than 99,000 tests conducted yesterday, one percent came back positive.
There are more than 454,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases statewide.
More than 25,000 New Yorkers have died since the start of the pandemic.
