New Recipe: Marshmallow Surprise Fudge Cookies

Congratulations! You made it through another Monday. You deserve a treat now. Cozy up with a hot drink and these delicious cookies!

1 box Garden Desserts Brownie Mix

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

Min marshmallows

1: Combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Mix until no longer lumpy. You can use a hand blender or your hands for this step. Refrigerate for thirty minutes

3: Use one tablespoon of the cookie batter and stuff it with four mini marshmallows. Roll into a ball

4: Spread the cookies on a lined baking sheet, two inches apart, and bake at 350 for twelve minutes. Let it cool for one minute and transfer on to a cooling rack until room temperature
