New Recipe: Honey Garlic Salmon

Salmon is a very versatile protein. It soaks up flavor like a sponge. Use this Asian inspired marinade to elevate your dinners or Shabbos meals.
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
5 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1.5 pounds salmon
Salt and pepper to taste

1: Combine all of the ingredients and mix well until incorporated. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for twenty minutes
2: Spray a sheet pan with cooking oil. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper
3: Pour the marinade mixture over the salmon and bake. If you are using slices, bake at 425 for twenty minutes. If you are baking a side of salmon, bake at 425 for twenty-five to thirty minutes
