New Recipe: Garlic Dill Glazed Chicken

Garlic Dill Glazed Chicken

Another different chicken recipe to spice up your dinner rotations! Flavorful? Check! Easy? Check! Winner? Check plus!

8 thin sliced chicken cutlets
1/2 cup oil
6 cloves crushed garlic
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon consommé diluted in 1 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons ground dill weed
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1: Cut the chicken cutlets in to one inch cubes and set aside
2: Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for thirty seconds or until fragrant 
3: Add the rest of the ingredients besides the chicken and raise the heat to high. Simmer for ten minutes or until some of the liquid has evaporated. Stir occasionally
4: Add the chicken cutlets to the pot and cook over medium high heat for ten minutes. Flip the chicken after the first five minutes
