New Recipe: Crispy Fried Onion Chicken

Weeknight dinner done right! Easy, simple, and most importantly, tasty.
6 skinless chicken bottoms
1/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup fried onions*
Salt and pepper to taste
1: Place the chicken in two 9x13 pans and season with salt and pepper to taste
2: In a small bowl combine the mayo, ketchup, mustard, and garlic powder. Lightly brush the mixture over the chicken
3: Pour the crunchy onions over the chicken. Use your hands and gently pat the onions for them to adhere nicely
4: Cover and pop into a three hundred fifty degree oven for an hour and a half. Uncover and bake for an additional thirty minutes
