New NYPD Commissioner Expected To Resign

By Idy Perl
The new NYPD Commissioner Tom Donlon, who replaced Edward Caban after he resigned, might be following in his predecessor’s footsteps.
Donlon, who has been the commissioner for barely a month, since September 13th, is rumored to be stepping down. Shortly after he accepted the position federal agents searched his home, just like they’ve been doing to seemingly the entire Adams administration.
According to several insiders, Donlon has cleared his schedule for the next few days and his team was seen packing up their belongings from their office. Although there are no confirmed reports, he is expected to resign shortly and continue the downwards spiral of the Adams administration.
