Munkatcher Rebbe shlit”a Leaves for Europe Today

With the bar mitzvah of his grandson approaching, the Munkatcher Rebbe will journey along with chassidim on a pilgrimage to Munkatch of yore, as has become the custom before bar mitzvahs in the Rebbe’s family. 

The much-anticipated journey will enable the Rebbe and chassidim to visit the newly-erected ohel above the tziyun of the Rebbe’s saintly grandfather, the Minchas Elozor of Munkatch. 

A highlight of the trip will be the hanochas tefillin for Habachur Yaakov Yoel Rabinowitz in the very home of the Munkatcher Rov, zy”a. 

The group will return to New York this Thursday following uplifted days of reconnection to their precious heritage and history.
