Multiple Fire Departments Battle Large Fire in Fallsburg Town

Fire personnel from multiple departments are battling a large fire that broke out in a store on Main Street in the Town of Fallsburg.

The fire started shortly after 3:00am early Sunday morning in a store at 5218 Route 42, and firefighters immediately rushed to the scene.

Videos showed firefighters battling the flames and clouds of smoke rising high above the building. Flames were still seen after 4:00 am as the fire personnel remained at the scene trying to extinguish the burning building.

It is unknown if there was anyone in the building at the time of the fire or if anyone was injured.
