Mega Repaving Operation on 36th Street Completed

Since the beginning of summer, drivers in and out of Boro Park have been navigating the slow-moving traffic on 36th Street, which was torn up to prepare for repaving, as reported here.

The extensive project, which involved ripping up the old surface and addressing underlying issues, has spanned several weeks.

Last night, the long-awaited final phase began as trucks and crews arrived to pave the street's surface. The full job was completed by this morning, as drivers once again were able to enjoy a smooth ride.
