Man Riding a Scooter Hit by a Truck on 8th Ave

 A man who was riding a scooter remains in stable condition after he was hit by a truck today at 3pm at 8th Ave. and 39th St. 

  The NYPD and EMS transported the injured man to a nearby hospital.
