Houses on 14th Avenue Demolished to Make Way for Seven-Story Development

After years of being closed off with construction fencing, the properties at 4414-4416 14th Avenue are being demolished by hand, day by day, with extraodinary speed. Every day, dumpsters with rubble and materials are being carted away to make way for development that is coming to the property. 

The plans call for a seven-story monstrosity that will tower over Fourteenth Avenue. Condominiums will be built upon the lot, with a total of ten apartments. 

The project is scheduled to be completed within the next two years.
