With joy, and with the blessings of the Satmar Rebbe Shlita, askonim from Khal Beirach Moshe entered into a contract for an existing, newly-constructed building on the corner of 42nd Street and 13th Avenue.

The building will serve as a much-needed minyanim center for the entire vicinity, as well as a center for Torah and tefillah throughout the day.

The building boasts 5,000 square feet for the main Beis Medrash on the first floor. It will also feature four smaller minyanim rooms on the lower level, a beautiful mikvah, and a heichel haTorah to accommodate those who wish to learn uninterrupted.

This is the third active new shul project in the Satmar Kehila in Boro Park, joining the shuls being built at the former site of Paradise Manor on New Utrecht Ave and the recent project at the former D'Rose Linen site on 47th St. In addition, a lot on 18th Avenue and 53rd Street was purchased for a massive new school building - a $40 million project on its own, and the new shul on 18th Ave and 58th St (former Royal Donuts) with construction to start in the near future.

The news is being greeted with great excitement within Satmar, and by the entire neighborhood which preparing to welcome this magnificent center for Torah and Tefillah.
