Historic Fundraiser in Belz: Over $8 Million Raised in One Evening for Boys Camp

A historic evening unfolded at the Hilton Hotel in Staten Island, where R’ Aharon Mordechai Rokeach, son of the Rebbe, led a fundraising event that brought in an astounding $8 million for the new Machane B’nei Belz camp. The family of R’ Yechezkel Samuel personally donated $2.2 million!

The atmosphere was electric as philanthropists and members of the Belz Kehilla came together with a mission to give boys a summer experience like no other. With construction already in full swing, the goal is to have the camp ready to welcome campers by summer 2025.

Time and again, the room erupted in emotion and celebration as generous contributions poured in, with donations ranging from $72,000 to $100,000. 

The campaign is far from over, with $2 million still needed to bring this dream to life. But if this extraordinary night proved anything, it’s that when Belz comes together, nothing is out of reach. This campaign is just a glimpse of the Belz Chassidim’s dedication to fulfilling the Rebbe’s wish of expanding the Belz Kehilla in Boro Park.
