Hatzolah and Forest Rangers Evacuate Injured Victim Near Katrina Falls

Wednesday afternoon, a large group was hiking the trails near Katrina Falls in Thompson, New York, when one hiker slipped and suffered an injury.
According to reports, a number of hikers came running out of the forest looking for a ranger.
Hatzolah responded to the scene, and used an all-terrain vehicle to evacuate the victim, who suffered a leg injury.
Rock Hill fire company and New York State forest rangers also were at the scene.
