Hamaspik is bringing a new breakthrough to the Mental Health community, Introducing Sipuk
Today is a big day for Hamaspik. Today is an even bigger
day for the community.
After more than 24 months of relentless effort, and tireless
work, Hamaspik of Kings county announced that they have received the final
approval to establish an Article 31 Mental Health Clinic.
With this approval comes the unique opportunity for Hamaspik
to provide an invaluable service to the community: To help, guide, support and treat those that
are battling mental health struggles.
Hamaspik introduced the newest member to their family: Sipuk.
A Mental Health Clinic that will enable people to live life to its
fullest. With the establishment of
Sipuk, Hamaspik aims to give the Mental Health community a voice, to remove the
stigma that clouds around mental health issues and to give people the
opportunity to seek free mental health guidance.
When BP24 reached out to Mr. Hershel Wertheimer, Executive
Director of Hamaspik, for a comment, all he wanted to express was gratitude to
the two people on his team that have made this possible: Mr. Mutty Solomon,
Director of Mental Health Services and Mr. Naftali Tessler, Chief of
Staff. It is thanks to them and everyone
else that was involved in the approval process that Hamaspik has reached this
tremendous milestone.
Big things are coming to the world of mental health.
