Gov. Cuomo Reopens Indoor Dining in NYC on Feb. 14

Gov. Andrew Cuomo just announced that indoor dining can open in New York City at 25% maximum capacity on Sunday, Feb. 14, which is Valentine’s Day.
“We are both reopening the economy and protecting health,” Gov. Cuomo said. “We are following the science and the numbers, of hospitalization rates and COVID positivity rates.
Not only did Gov. Cuomo say that, “You can make a reservation now for Feb. 14, but he further suggested that New Yorkers “can propose on Valentine’s day and can have the wedding ceremony March 15 with 150 people.
“People will come to your wedding. With testing, everyone will be safe.”
